The road to Carling Knockout glory became clearer on Wednesday evening as the quarter-final draw was conducted at Chatsworth Stadium, setting up four intriguing Last 8 encounters.

Stellenbosch FC were the final side to book their place in the quarter-finals after securing a 2-0 victory over Durban City on Wednesday, joining AmaZulu FC, Golden Arrows, Kaizer Chiefs, Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates, Sekhukhune United and Siwelele FC in the next round.

With the draw seeded, clubs that finished inside last season's top eight could not be paired against one another, resulting in a number of compelling matchups.

Defending champions Orlando Pirates will renew their rivalry with Sekhukhune United, while Kaizer Chiefs have been handed a home tie against Siwelele FC.

Elsewhere, Mamelodi Sundowns will once again cross paths with Golden Arrows after the two teams recently met in the MTN8, while newly qualified Stellenbosch FC face arguably the toughest test of the round when they host an in-form AmaZulu FC side coached by Arthur Zwane.

The PSL will confirm the dates and kick-off times in due course.
